<b>Skills and Experience:</b><br><br><b>The Opportunity:</b><br><br>You will have a proven background working on training material development for online learning in a large organisation and direct experience of administration within a Learning Management System (LMS), upload and testing courses and pulling reports. This is an opportunity to be the manager of the training programs from end-to-end and to be creative with it.<br><br>Tasked with developing a number of online training programs and initiatives applications and tools for a global organisation. Delivering regular and consistent training sessions for user base across the EMEA region and developing the required content, training and support materials as needed for new systems, system changes or business process changes. Uploading training courses into the LMS, developing the LMS testing schedule and verification processes; and problem-solving technical issues with the SCORM packages when they appear with minimal supervision.<br><br>We are looking for an excellent Trainer and eLearning Developer to consult into the client’s Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM), with a particular focus on developing learning management systems (LMS).<br><br><b>You will be operating as a training and e-learning internal developer and consultant, to create and update quality and engaging online learning programs for science and healthcare professionals, tasked with producing training and learning programs covering three functions: Clinical Studies, Medical Safety Science and Standards & Collaborations.</b><br><br><b>Applications:</b><br><br>To learn more about this opportunity working as an L&D Training Consultant based in Cambridge on an initial 12 month contract; please call and speak with Edward Laing here at ISR in our London offices on<br><br><b></b><br><br>

    <li>Based in Cambridge, plus WFH</li><li>12 month contract</li><li>Paying c£350 per day (via Umbrella)</li><li>A proven background working in L&D, using LMS for administrating materials, creating programs and in coordinating projects; familiar with planning and implementing courses within an LMS is essential</li><li>Previosuly designed and developed the required training material development for online learning (eLearning) in a large global business (EMEA, APAC, etc.)</li><li>eLearning software and eLearning products (e.g. Captivate/ Articulate) is required</li><li>Must have a strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Adobe Acrobat, along with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to describe and present information to colleagues and stakeholders</li>
