We are on the lookout for a superstar Digital Marketing Manager to help us work across our client portfolio.     <li>Lead development of digital marketing strategy, maximising effectiveness and efficiency across all digital channels</li><li>End-to-end campaign and project management from pitching, insights, planning, logistics and admin, data analysis and reporting</li><li>Build paid media plans that compliment offline campaigns maximising budgets to drive reach and engagement, identifying most appropriate ad formats, devising media schedules (frequency, duration) and determining demographic targeting</li><li>Development and execution of social media marketing plans aligned to clients’ needs</li><li>Define strategy to build followers/fans and improve interaction & engagement across social media platforms, leveraging scale by driving both paid and organic social</li><li>Fluency with the business accounts / advert manager functionality of all major social platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram and Twitter</li><li>Develop and execute effective test strategies</li><li>Recommend and manage social media advertising budget</li><li>Lead the paid acquisition strategy across all existing and new marketing channels with accountability for aggressive channel growth while delivering against commercial, customer and revenue targets of the client</li><li>Good understanding of optimising conversion funnels, from initial lead capture through to monetisation, retention, and referral</li><li>Drive strategy and execution of all the digital marketing channels - paid advertising, SEO, organic, and social media</li><li>Input into CRM strategy, customer journey plans and email testing</li><li>The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years marketing experience with proven track record in digital marketing</li><li>Comprehensive experience working across all key digital channels</li><li>Results driven approach with proven ability to deliver commercial and brand success</li><li>Sharp attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>A relentless go getter attitude, someone who likes to get stuck in</li><li>Exceptional communicator and very organized</li><li>Creative flair and passionate about brands</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from home</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Digital Marketing: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Yes</li>
