An excellent opportunity to join this exciting Global Consumer Electronics company on a long term contract (initial contract December 2021) who are looking for an experienced specialised CRM Marketing Manager with retail/ecommerce and consumer experience and demonstrable experience hitting commercial objectives. You need to put customers at the centre of communications with a strong focus on delivery and attention to detail and be passionate about the customer, ideally with experience working for a large brand leading in the digital space, with a sound understanding of complex and fast moving environments. The aim is to transform the use of Customer Data Driven Marketing to make marketing more effective and efficient putting data at the heart of marketing decisions, improving insights and personalising direct communications to make messaging more relevant across Email, Push and Digital Channels to ensure customers love using their products and become advocates of the brand, increasing retention and cross selling revenue. Strong B2c experience is essential and any B2B experience is beneficial<br><br>This role will support and implement the UKCRM Strategy aiming to deliver a best in class customer experience, you will manage, own and be responsible for driving innovation, growth and revenue for mobile, wearable tech and accessories. You will ideally have an understanding of consumer electronics/technology online experience and demonstrable expertise in digital tools and techniques as well as proven project management skill to deliver project plans.<br><br>You will ensure both our campaign-based and always-on activity is delivered on time, to budget, and exceeds sales targets and as a CRM Expert, you will be an ambassador for customer marketing across the wider business, and be ahead of the latest trends across the CRM landscape. Strong experience of CRM tools<br><br>You will be responsible for CRM Strategy & Development, adhere to the contacts rules of how often we contact our customers and prospects, and for what reason; to sell, retain, inform, capture data.
