What is a Partnership Statement?

A partnership statement is part of the UK SA800 partnership tax return. It allocates the partnership's total taxable profit or loss to each individual partner, so each partner can declare their share on their own self-assessment tax return. The nominated partner is responsible for submitting the SA800 by 31 January after the tax year end, and each partner separately files their own SA100 return.
