How we handle your data
Plain-English data handling
What we store
A snapshot of the read-only data we pull from your accounting platform (balance sheet, P&L, invoices, expenses, payroll, VAT). We do not pull or store passwords, bank login credentials, or anything you didn't authorise.
How long
One-time review: the OAuth refresh token is discarded within 24 hours. The snapshot and your findings remain viewable on the report URL for 30 days, then the raw data is purged. Ongoing connection: kept until you revoke from inside FreeAgent (which you can do in 5 seconds).
Who can see it
Only people with the report URL. We don't index report pages. Internally, GoForma accountants reviewing your account can access it — bound by the same client confidentiality as any other client engagement.
Your rights
You have a right to request the data we hold (subject access), correction (rectification), and deletion (erasure) at any time. Email info@goforma.com — we'll act within 30 days and confirm in writing.

Lawful basis
