About the role

The ideal hire owns the full front-of-house journey: taking free consultation calls, helping prospective clients choose the right package, signing them up, and then making sure onboarding completes smoothly. Part sales, part relationship-building — you're the reason a prospect becomes a client and a client stays one.

What you'll do

  • Run free consultation calls and recommend the right GoForma package
  • Convert enquiries into clients and guide them through sign-up
  • Own onboarding so new clients are set up quickly and feel looked after
  • Spot opportunities to help existing clients with the right add-ons

What we're looking for

  • A track record in sales, account management or customer success
  • Genuinely personable on the phone and great at building trust quickly
  • Organised enough to manage a pipeline and follow up reliably
  • Comfortable explaining services clearly (accounting knowledge is a bonus, not a must)
  • Right to work in the UK

Nice to have

  • Experience in a professional-services or B2B SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with CRM and onboarding tools
