How to change your registered business address:

If you change your company’s registered office address, you must inform Companies House. You can do so online, or by sending form AD01 to Companies House by post.

Do note that the change will only be official once Companies House has registered your new office address, and Companies House will notify HMRC once the change has been approved.

Your new registered office address must be in the same part of the UK that your company was incorporated at. For example, if your business was incorporated in England, the new registered address must be in England. You'll need to re-incorporate your company if you move to another part of the UK.
